Local creeks are clearing...

The creeks are clearing up for some possible steelhead fishing if you are up to being out in the cold weather.  Reports are in that the water in the Big Creek at Helen Hazen Wyman looks good.  Also worth checking this weekend would be Paine Creek at Indian Point or Mill Creek at Hogback Ridge.  The Grand River is still high and muddy, but in the Chagrin River the water level is back down and is clearing up nicely.  Public access to the Chagrin River is offered at Chagrin River Park and Pleasant Valley Park.  Fishing opportunities will depend on how cold we get as things could start to ice back up.  Dress warm and go fishing before the waters freeze again!
