The ups and downs of Spring

Hopefully this weekend's snowstorm was the last of it!  The snowmelt has caused the rivers and streams to rise again but it sure is nice to see the sun.  Future steelhead fishing will depend on how much rain we get over the next few days.  Currently the flow in the Grand and Chagrin are a bit high but that should bring in some fresh fish.  Several anglers were out enjoying the weather yesterday but didn't see much activity.  The creeks are starting to look good so get out now before the next predicted rain muddies them up again.  If the steelhead action fails you, head over to Veterans Park to catch some of the freshly stocked trout.
