Keep on fishing! New public access at Blair Rd Park.

As this incredible warm weather continues, there are plenty of nice fish being caught!  Multiple reports have come in of double digit steelhead mornings on the Grand River.  It's interesting that this year the fish are either really on, with double digit catches or completely off with just a random catch all day.  Most steelhead are still being caught off the short pier in Fairport or in the lower stretches of the Grand River (public access at Grand River Landing).  Lake Metroparks has recently opened more public access on the Grand River for steelhead anglers at the new Blair Rd Park.  And as a bonus all ponds within the Lake Metroparks are still very fishable!
