Nice weekend of fishing

This past weekend was a beautiful time to get out and fish!  While the creeks were crystal clear, the rivers were still a bit cloudy.  The steelhead pictured below was caught while trolling in the Grand River.

Grand River Landing is a great place to put in a small boat for this type of fishing.  This park also offers access for shore fishing.  Many anglers were out enjoying the perfect weather although most reported more fishing than catching.
