Cold snap freezes things up.

Just as the river levels were settling where we needed, the cold snap came through and froze things up.  That's winter fishing in Ohio for you!  Most areas of the Chagrin and Grand Rivers are frozen over.  A few reports came in from fishermen who found random open areas but didn't find any fish.  If you do venture out be sure to dress properly and be safe.
