Chagrin River is ready to fish.

The Chagrin River is ripe for steelhead fishing.  The flow has come back down after all the snowmelt and the water is clearing nicely.  Public access to the Chagrin River is offered at Chagrin River Park and Pleasant Valley Park.   The Grand River is still flowing at a higher than desirable rate but could settle by the weekend barring any additional rainfall.  Reports have also come in of recent success in Paine Creek at Indian Point.  Now is the time to get out and fish.  Remember colder weather means less competition at your favorite fishing spot.
