Veterans Park pond stocked today


The Ohio Department of Natural Resources stocked about 2,000 lbs of rainbow trout into Granger Pond at Veterans Park today.  The fish averaged 3/4 lb each, were 10-14 inches long and appeared very healthy.  Efforts like this and other fish stocking programs are very well received by park visitors and have become very popular.  A valid Ohio fishing license is required to fish at Veterans Park and all Ohio Fishing Rules and Regulations apply.
