Big Creek, Mill Creek and Paine Creek flowing but very high.

Combine a frozen Grand River, warm temperatures, rain and melting snow and what do you get? You have yourself a recipe for water levels cresting and overflowing the banks.

The creeks are flowing, but the water levels are rising and stirring up muddy conditions. Here's a look at what three of the creeks that flow through Lake County towards the Grand River looked like today.

Please note that Helen Hazen Wyman park is closed due to flooding.  Also the Seeley Road entrance off of Vrooman Road is also closed.  Access to Indian Point Park is only open to the upper lot only.
