Steelhead still hitting well in the Grand River

The fishing this weekend will depend on what happens to the current water levels.  Both the Chagrin and Grand Rivers have risen recently but are still fishable.  Reports out of the Grand River, from Grand River Landing up through Helen Hazen Wyman and Mason's Landing are all good.  There are plenty of steelhead holding in the river right now.  Many anglers reported multiple catches of quality steelhead.  The stocked trout are also still being caught at Veteran's Park.  Be sure to dress for the current weather conditions and enjoy some time fishing this weekend.

The current leader in Harbor Bait's steelhead contest was caught in the Grand River this past weekend.
