Great Summer Fishing!

There is plenty of fishing (and catching) going on throughout Lake Metroparks!  We recently stocked Hidden Lake (again!) with the help of a grant from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and assistance from the Ohio Central Basin Steelheaders Club.  This happened last week in preparation for our annual Family Fishing Frenzy that was held the evening of June 20th.  This event is all about getting families out to enjoy fishing and learn some new things.  Thanks to all the volunteers who assisted from Ohio Central Basin Steelheaders and North Coast Fly Fishers Club.  Plenty of happy young anglers caught a lot of fish and learned proper techniques from these experienced anglers.  It's a great time to get out and catch some fish!
