Colder temperatures = slushy rivers

Several anglers spent a successful day on the Chagrin River on New Year's Eve.
Unfortunately the recent stretch of cold weather has locked up several sections of the river with ice.  The persistent angler can still find open water, but often this requires a long hike.  And the open water only lasts so long before the next flow of slush blocks it back up.  Today's warmer temperature and sunshine, coupled with tomorrow's predicted above freezing temperatures could mean more open water for the weekend.
